Who We Are

BulkCycle (usedpackaging.org) is a referral service. We pass quote requests for used IBC tanks, pallets and gaylord boxes to partner suppliers in our network. We do not sell packaging ourselves.

What the Form Collects

When you send a quote request, we collect what you enter in the form:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your company name and street address, if you give them
  • Your ZIP or postal code
  • The product, service, quantity and timing you ask about, and your message
  • Whether you agreed to receive text messages about the request

We also record the page you sent the form from and, where present, the campaign tags in the link that brought you to the site (for example, which ad you clicked).

How Your Request Is Used

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which stores it and forwards it to partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Text Messages

If you tick the text message box on the form, a partner supplier may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Agreeing to texts is not required to send a request.

Analytics and Cookies

The site uses PostHog analytics, loaded through this site's own domain, to count visits and see which pages are used. Visitors in Europe or with a browser privacy signal (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track) are counted without cookies or storage on their device. Session recording is turned off, and the site sets no advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping, then delete them. Partner suppliers that receive your request keep it under their own policies.

Your Choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Send your request through the quote form or email info@usedpackaging.org.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
